At BRRT we offer value for money and total client satisfaction. Our conveyancing fees are generally “flat fee” arrangements, so you know exactly how much your transaction will cost. For other types of cases, such as buying and selling business, or negotiating and preparing commercial leases, we apply our hourly rates but we give you a realistic estimate at the start of the transaction. Our results-driven approach usually allows us to stick to our estimates and, by making sure that the transaction proceeds efficiently, you get the outcome you wanted with no unpleasant surprises either on the way or at the end when you get our account!
